1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.
You (also) agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
2. MODIFICATION
“evsavietnam.vn” reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
We have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We run on a non-refundable policy on all Vietnam visa applications submitted on our website. It is therefore important that should you wish to cancel your visa application with “evsavietnam.vn” that you contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. As soon as you make your payment, your processing has begun and we will be unable to reimburse you the visa fee. In case you want to cancel the visa application and your visa has not been processed or in case your visa cannot be processed, we will refund you the amount after minus a minimum of 5 USD (this is the cost cancellation and refund processing).
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure. “evsavietnam.vn” cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure.
In the case, your application is declined. We will refund all our service fees and keep remaining 25 USD with single visa or 50 USD with multiple visa that we paid for Immigration Department fee.
For Approval letter (Visa on arrival), we encourage customers to enter the country by airport. So by applying for this visa through our website, if you enter by land and face any trouble related to paying the visa stamping fee of more than 25 USD with single visa and 50 USD for multiple visas or slow immigration processing times at the land port or denied entry, we will not be responsible for this part.
4. VOCABULARY
• Date format: dd/mm/yyyy - 05/12/2023.
• Time Zone: Vietnam standard time - GMT +7.
• Working days: All weekdays except Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or other holiday announced by Vietnam government or Vietnam Immigration Department.
• Working hours: 8:30 AM to 05:30 PM every working day.
• Multiple/Single entry: Multiple is interpreted as multiple entries, not multiple applicants.
• Multiple entries means you are allowed to enter/exit Vietnam multiple times within a given period of time (1, 3 or 6 months). For example: 3 month multiple entry visa means - you are allowed to enter/exit Vietnam multiple times from the intended date of arrival provided plus 3 calendar consecutive months.
5. PROCESSING TIME AND SERVICE COMPLETION
Processing time for arranging pre-approved letter offered by “evsavietnam.vn” is based on processing time provided by Vietnam Immigration Department under normal circumstances, which are 1 – 5 working days. Processing time will be starting from the next business day after you pay and notify us your payment receipt. Vietnam Immigration Department may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations.
Our service provided is completed once your e-visa is sent to the email address you submitted during the application process. You are required to notify us if you do not receive the letter in time, if no email from you informing us that you do not receive the letter within 7 days, the service is understood to be completed. We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the wrong email addresses supplied by applicants or the situation that applicants do not notify us by email that e-visa is not received.
• Urgent 4 working hours: Apply before 10:00am, get visa letter at 12:00 noon the same day; Apply after 10:00am, get visa at 6:00pm.
• Urgent 8 working hours: Apply before 10:00am, get visa at 6:00pm the same day; Apply after 12:00 noon, get visa at 12:00 noon next working day.
• With Weekend/Emergency service, we will send a temporary visa for you to check in to board with processing time on your order (Weekend service: within 30 working mins; Emergency 30 mins: within 30 working mins; Emergency 15 mins: within 15 working mins). When you arrive, we will pick up you and stamp visa for you with fast track service. You do not need wait in line and not need pay extra any fee. The service will be completed when your visa and passport are stamped.
With visa on arrival service: The service will be completed when we send the approval letter for you. You will use this letter to get visa stamp on your passport at the Vietnam airport when you arrive.
6. OUT OF WORKING HOUR SERVICES
If customers request or booking our services for urgent, super urgent which out of working hour penalty fee will be applied. This is for those who would like to arrive in Vietnam on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or other holiday announced by Vietnam government or Vietnam Immigration Department, but they forgot to apply for a Vietnam e-visa in working hour or working day and next working hour not yet coming will be charged a fee in this case for a single entry Vietnam e-visa.
All penalty fee will be informed to customers by email which customers provided to us and if customers do not pay for penalty fee, services will automatically apply to next working hour and we are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam and non-refundable on fee of services which customers paid.
7. WRONG INFORMATION
Any information customers provided for our services will be applied exactly. Immigration officers sometimes make mistakes. We suggest that you check the details on your e-visa or approval letter carefully. If you find any errors on e-visa or approval letter, please inform us immediately by EMAIL. If we do not receive any email for error correction within 24 hours from the time we send out your e-visa or approval letter, we will not be responsible for any failed applications, declined entries or losses.

8. DISCLAIMERS
We are not responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam in case your visa application or entry is declined. In this case, we will refund you the full amount paid to us.
Normally, it takes 4-5 working days to process an e-visa, however, there are also exceptions, delay due to unforeseen problems. We strongly recommend that you should apply for your Vietnam visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance of the travel date to avoid any potential issues.
Normally, it takes around 15-20 minutes to get the visa stamped at Vietnam airport upon arrival; however, sometimes it may take longer than expected due to the large number of arrivals. The circumstances are unavoidable and we should not be held responsible for any loss incurred.
There might be rare circumstances under which your visa application or entry is declined; in those cases, we will refund you the full amount paid to us, and we will not be responsible for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam.
Vietnam visa approval letters are usually issued in groups and therefore, you may find your name, passport number and date of birth in the same letter as others. “evsavietnam.vn” is not to be held accountable for any issues arising from the group approval letter.
Your personal information will be kept confidential on the system of the Vietnam Immigration Department. You should not present your e-visa information to unauthorized entities.
