MODIFICATION
“Evsavietnam.vn” reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without
notice and will not take liability for any issues arising from such action. Your use of the
Website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. Thus it is advised that you
regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.
VOCABULARY
Date format: MM/DD/YYYY (example: January 15th 2012)
Time Zone: Vietnam time (GMT +7)
Working days: From Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday & National holidays)
Working hours: 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM every working days.
Multiple / Single entry: It means multiple entries, not multiple applicants.
Single entry: Passport holders are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam ONCE within the period of time given in their visa as well as visa approval letter (1, 3 or 6 months).
Multiple entries: Passport holders are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam MULTIPLE TIMES within the period of time given in their visa as well as visa approval letter (1, 3 or 6 months).
Time Zone: Vietnam time (GMT +7)
Working days: From Monday to Friday (except Saturday, Sunday & National holidays)
Working hours: 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM every working days.

PROCESSING TIME
In normal cases, it takes 5 working days (for normal processing service). For urgent
processing service, it will take 1 - 2 days or 4 hours of working day. Super urgent will be
processed in 2 or 1 hours. The visa will be done as promised time after we receive your
FULL payment and receive the full extra documents (passport copy, portrait and flight
eticket) from you, not from the time you did the visa application form online. In special
cases, additional documents may be required and processing time may be longer than usual.
In such cases, we will inform you by email support@evsavietnam.vn.
Our service is completed once the letter of approval is sent to the email address you submitted during the application process. You are required to notify us if you do not receive the letter in time, if there is no email from you informing us that you do not receive the letter within 7 days, the service will be completed. We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the wrong email addresses supplied by applicants or the situation that applicants do not notify us by email that an approval letter is not received.
*Rules for getting Vietnam E-Visa with Super Urgent Service For international flights, the last check-in is usually 60 minutes before boarding, and you are often not able to check in after this time. Vietnam Immigration Dept requires the passport copy/your portrait and flight e-ticket copy to double check the check in time then issue the Vietnam visa.
+ If documents are sent to us more than 60 minutes before your boarding time: the Vietnam visa will be sent to your registered email within 1 hour.
+ If documents are sent to us less than 60 minutes before your boarding time: Vietnam Immigration Dept refuses to issue the visa approval letters for that flight. They will require the new etickets having more than 60 minutes to check in, and the visa approval will be issued for the new flight within 1 hour as per your request.
In the above cases, “Evsavietnam.vn” has no responsibility for any delay, cancellation, financial and other losses due to the visa delay. Once you apply and pay for this service, you do need to call us at our hotline at (+84) 825 112 228 to confirm and then keep checking your email. We do not be in charge of any unexpected problem due to your forgetting to check email to get this visa Vietnam approved letter or not give us a phone call.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
You are required to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by
“Evsavietnam.vn”.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The no refund policy is run on all Vietnam visa applications submitted on
“Evsavietnam.vn”. Thus if you wish to cancel your visa application with
“Evsavietnam.vn” , kindly contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost.
- No refund: We shall NOT reimburse you in case of 1) Any reason for cancellation after your visa request was submitted to the Immigration Dept. 2) Refusal of entry by Vietnam Immigration Officer at Vietnam airport for the Visa on arrival or refusal of giving you visa stamped at the Vietnam embassy by the embassy officers for the Vietnam embassy visa. 3) Refusal to use the visa approval letter provided by “Evsavietnam.vn” . 4) Changing your flight details and arrival day but you do not inform us in advance.
Please note that once you have received the Vietnam visa approval letter, a refund will no longer be valid.
We promises to provide the services (the Vietnam E-visa) as your request with the correct time public in our website (in 5 days, 5 days, 1 days, 4 hours, 2 hours, 1 hour). However, the clients can enter Vietnam any time during the visa’s validity, so we don’t care about the time you enter Vietnam as it depends on each person.
It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa at the time of your intended departure “Evsavietnam.vn” cannot be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused entry due to incorrect visa information and any losses incurred. Though every effort will be made on our part to correct any visa issues prior to departure, no refund will be given by us in the event of false or incorrect information being supplied at the time of submission. We strongly recommend that you check your visa confirmation letter against your passport and personal information prior to departure. VISA INFORMATION MUST BE DOUBLE CHECKED CAREFULLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT to avoid THE MISTAKES from Vietnam Immigration Dept. or Applicants

=> If we do not receive any email for error correction from you within 24 hours from the time we send out the approval letter, Vietnam Immigration Department and “Evsavietnam.vn” will not be responsible for any failed applications, declined entries, visa fee losses or other related problem.

For the Visa on Arrival, it is applicable to air travel only, so by applying this visa through our website, you agree that you will fly to Vietnam in order to get your visa stamped. We will not refund in case you DO NOT enter Vietnam by air once your visa is approved.
